1. We provide a 1+1 year Product Warranty to igloocompany Products (“Products”) sold in Singapore.
2. Our Product Warranty covers original Products against defects in quality and materials under normal use.
3. You can access our Product Warranty in full here, and the extended 2nd year Product Warranty here.
4. By using our Products, you also agree to be subject to igloocompany’s End User License Agreement, Terms of Serviceand Privacy Policy.

Installation in Singapore is free.

After completion of order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to indicate preferred installation slot. Installation slots are available on a first-come-first-serve basis with a 1-2 weeks’ lead time.
